Just had my first week of university. So far so good but the campus is far too large so I get worn out easily. x_x

I wasn’t confident that I would get in but I got accepted into my university of choice with my first preference for the course. I’m now fully enrolled. I absolutely hate my timetable however.

My school had our year 12 formal last night and it went fantastically. The food was great and so were the drinks and the music. I couldn’t do much due to my spinal injury but it was fun nonetheless.

Special shoutout to the girl who came along with me.  (Name won’t be mentioned here for privacy reasons.)

The holidays have begun! Or should I say “study vacation” as my teacher calls it? Not much has happened. Short update is short.

The food was bad. The accommodation wasn’t the best; it was fairly insecure. In fact, someone in my room had their wallet stolen.

The rest wasn’t so bad.

I got back on Friday and today is Monday so I’ve had a break from blogging. Haha..

I fckn love snowboarding. At first I found it so hard. Some of the turns were easy but not being able to go down a slope heel-side made the whole experience insanely difficult. I ended up mastering toe-side earlier than heel-side which was probably unusual and it meant I always went down slopes backwards. xD In the first two days I fell on my knees and my ass so many times. My ass still hurts a bit right now.  Eventually I got pretty pro if I say so myself.

The weather overall was pretty shit. The second day was great but the other three days were just pure.. shit. The last day was so windy that the chair lifts for all areas got closed so we only got to snowboard at one place.

The worst experience had to be on the second day. After lessons and all, some of my skiing friends decided to go somewhere where my instructor group hadn’t. Yeah, big mistake. We went down a valley where I go stuck because it was flat for a long part of it before going back up. Definitely not snowboard friendly. I ended up walking the rest of the way to the end. After that, I failed to use the T-bar thing. Ignorantly, I used it like a jet ski. xD FAIL. So me and two other snowboarders who’d tagged along with the skiiers went up a chair lift to the top somewhere wher e we got a bit stuck. We ended up walking for about an hour back to the office area. Not fun.

Camp food was better than average. Dinner was generally good. Breakfast was average camp food (spaghetti baked beans crap etc.) and lunch was pretty crap.

• UNSW Computing Final Exam  – I think I actually may have failed this. If you fail the final exam you fail the whole course. fml
• English Comparative Assessment  – I was only slightly prepared. I wrote a decent chunk but the structure was probably awful.
• Inception – Watched this after school on Friday with like 8 others.
• City2Surf – Did okay but probably worse than last year. I may have beaten my friend so I may be winning $1 from him.
• Economics Assignment – Didn’t understand most of it but I handed it in today.

I guess that’s it. I’ve been pretty busy in the past few days. I’ll leave who ever is interested (no one) a Pokemon music video.

I’m doing maths homework for the like the first time in two months because my teacher said he’s going to check soon. Currently working on sequences and series crap. Fun.

UNSW computing course final exam is on Wednesday. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. =(
